“We were not able to adjust temperature on thermostat in room. Appeared to be pre-set and we were hot all night. If hotel is going to pre-set thermostat, this should be disclosed at registration or in room description. Also a $200.00 hold was put on credit card for incidentals, which is not acceptable, and they charge $5.00 per night for parking. Won't be staying here again. ”

“The pool was closed. For me, the bed after the second night made my lower back hurt so bad that sleeping on the couch at a relatives house was the only thing that helped. Room service showed up at 8:30am. We were supposed to be staying for 6 nights so I'm not sure why they were trying to clean a room so early. “Even though the pictures and room description said there was a coffeemaker in room (actually said Keurig in description and pictures)there was none. You have to go down to the lobby to fix a cup of coffee. I was traveling with my young grandson and needed to get to up and get going early. I couldn't leave him to go down four floors to get coffee in the morning. The TV was terrible to try and find a channel. The channel guide was not correct and you could not scroll through the channels. You had...

“Property looked was clean and staff were friendly. You can tell it is old though, elevators didn’t always work and one elevator door wouldn’t close. The hallways are also really dark. They had free breakfast though ”

“There was some mold in the bathroom, and the carpet in our room was wet when we arrived. This made the initial experience less comfortable than expected.”

“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property was maintained by a team who obviously take pride in a job well done. The parking lot was quite well lit--I felt perfectly safe there alone with my kids. The breakfast was basic (cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties) but did the job it needed to do. Housekeeping is every other day, but you can get most anything you need from the front desk. ”

“Our room was clean and ready for us even though we were very late arrivals (2am). The front desk checked us in over the phone while we were traveling, and that was so very helpful. I would recommend it for a stay, and the area is nice too, very family friendly.”
